Who we are
80DVentures Assistant ("the Assistant") is a private tool operated by 80DVentures for the personal use of its owner. Contact: 80dventures@gmail.com.
Information the Assistant accesses
With your permission through Google sign-in, the Assistant accesses the Gmail accounts you connect using the
gmail.modify scope, plus your email address (openid, userinfo.email). It reads message
metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date, labels) and message content in order to:
- identify which messages are important to you;
- write a short summary and a suggested reply;
- create draft replies in your Gmail, and send a reply only after you explicitly approve it;
- extract follow-up tasks and deadlines.
What is stored
- Message metadata, short summaries, draft text, tasks, and your approval history, stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and deleted after 90 days (approval history may be kept longer for your records).
- Full email bodies are processed in memory and are not stored or logged.
- Google sign-in tokens are encrypted by the Assistant with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The encryption key is kept separately as a Cloudflare secret, and tokens are never logged.
Service providers
The Assistant runs on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). Message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to classify messages and draft replies. Gmail notifications pass through Google Cloud Pub/Sub. No data is sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.
Google API Services User Data Policy
80DVentures Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Your choices
- Revoke the Assistant's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, the Assistant can no longer read or send your email.
- Request deletion of all stored data and tokens by emailing 80dventures@gmail.com.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
